All Tech Automotive East

All Tech Automotive is an excellent shop. They were very thorough dealing with a complex problem. Jennifer the office manager is extremely knowledgeable, was terrific communicating with me about progress and other questions. She took the time to confer with the service techs and clearly explained everything to me. Nathaniel did a great job on my vehicle. Extremely professional in every way! I give All Tech my highest recommendation without reservation!!!

I was in town for the holidays and found myself with car trouble. I was recommended All Tech by the hotel clerk and they did not disappoint. They were able to tow and get my car on the same day I called them and it was fixed the next day. They even shopped around for the most reasonable priced parts for me. Tripp was a pleasure to speak with and was most professional and helpful. I would use them again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

This was my third visit to this location previously I had an alignment done as well as a PCV valve replacement. For this trip, I was concerned that my son‘s car might need new brakes based on the mileage. In fact I was ready to pay for a set. However, they took the wheels off and examined the brake system and even test drove it and determined nothing was needed to be done, which saved me several hundred dollars. Most other shops would’ve just replaced the brakes and charged me for it.

When my car broke down, I took it to All Tech. They were kind and accommodating. The staff was friendly and patient. They loaned me a car until mine was fixed. They were fast and efficient. I highly recommend All Tech.

The service, knowledge and assistance from All Tech East is top notch. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend them to everyone I know. I had a major issue with my vehicle and their compassion and honesty truly kept me sane and less stressed out.
