Brandon was extremely helpful. My parents broke down around Santa Fe with a dually and trailer. They had bad reception and could not make calls. I was able to relay all the information to All Terrain Towing and they got them pickup and to a dealer for a repair quickly and for a reasonable price. All-Terrain Towing was just fantastic! Brandon was so responsive, and made the entire process seamless. They’re definitely my new favorite.

Long story short, I found myself 2 hours away from Albuquerque (where I rented a car from) at a remote location for a friend’s wedding weekend. I lost my car’s rental keys and I needed to get home. No other tow companies wanted to come get me due to the remote location. Then Brandon arrived to save the day. He was friendly, professional, and patient with my stressed self. He got my car on his truck bed and we took off for the airport. I then enjoyed a 2 hour ride with him back to return my rental car and got to learn about him. He is a hard working, curious, driven, and kind human being and he owns this company. If you want great service and want to support an incredible human being and new business owner, use All Terrain. After spending a few days in Santa Fe, we were up early and ready to head home—until our car wouldn’t start.
