Owning a vehicle requires staying on top of maintenance, diagnosing issues, and evaluating how to best address engine/suspension/brake issues and general wear & tear that happens with vehicle age. I have taken several vehicles to Drew since 2016, and have always found him to be ~ first and foremost~ an expert master mechanic - and very transparent when diagnosing issues and planning how to address it. A vehicle's health can be tricky - i.e. one part might be replaced/fixed, only to find out by happenstance that another part has underlying issues that need to be addressed. Establishing a relationship with an honest mechanic to guide through decision-making makes vehicle ownership that much smoother. Where are the recent reviews? Thought I had a good honest mechanic, until I took it back after they changed my alternator belt to get an oil change. Once belt was done, check engine light went off. Took it back the next week for an oil change, check engine light back on! I got a rental car to get to work the next day. Who charges for diagnostic testing?? Especially not $300! Said they needed a day or two to diagnose and do the work. I picked up my car and got a free diagnostic from auto zone. Lo and behold, I think I was set up to come back!! My new mechanic did his own diagnostics and found 10 codes!!! He cleared them all and said nothing was wrong with my car. $0 charge for a foreign car check. Never got a name, asked how much to put refrigerant in my car. I was told $300; when I said I have all the materials and if he could show me where the hose goes, I was told to go to YouTube. Had a picture of my engine in hand and everything. If he was busy, he could’ve also expressed that. Checked YouTube found nothing, for my particular car. Despite all the good reviews, not really sure why my interaction was the worst.

I've been bringing my two vehicles to Andrew and his team for the past 3 years. They always do a great job repairing and maintaining them. Never been over charged, their service is honest, accurate and fair price. I always get a call and an estimate, every time I drop the car off, explaining what the issue is, and the price for repair. Overall they provide a great expert repair, that is both done in a timely fashion and fair priced.

After $1,600 my vehicle performs the same with zero physical proof. I waited quite awhile before writing this review. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the work considering the amount I paid. To my knowledge, I was given a full rehaul of my air conditioning system in which they were certified in. With days of testing, after all towns changing numerous parts; actually, the whole system.. it still wasn’t fully functional on long drives. I immediately brought it to their attention.. which all towns advised me the vehicle needed EVEN more parts ( go figure ) but why wasn’t this done during their “test drive?” Why wasn’t the system tested and in the long run, that ultimately failed?
