Autotech Car Care Firestone

Never go here!!! Gave me 11am appointment for 4 tires replacement. Got there at 10.45am and the guy at the counter said we don't do appointments. So who the hell answered the phone and gave me 11am appointment!!! I had to wait for 4 hours to get my tires done. Unprofessional office employees!!! All of their good reviews are paid reviews. I discovered this shop due to an emergency situation with my car when the belt tensioner came off. I dealt with Santana who is the tech in charge and is very kind, trust worthy and doesn’t try to up-sale you additional services like other shops. He provided me with different options and recommended the best value without being pushy. I will return with confidence for new tired and a new battery as I have found a trustworthy mechanic that is reliable. I recommend.

This was my first time here and I will be coming back. I needed new tires for my car and this place was recommended to me by my co-worker. Gigi was very helpful with setting up and getting new tires for my car. He also provided and broke down the estimate for tires and service. He didn’t try to push any unecessary services or charges either and I appreciate that. Kendra was very nice, friendly, and has a welcoming personality.

I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday at 10am. I was told it would take about an hour. I called Wednesday morning and the same person who I spoke to on Monday said, "Who told you 10 am?" She asked if I could come back in the afternoon instead. I couldn't. She told me to come back the next morning and that it would take two hours. I came back and they were jam packed with people waiting. I was told to leave my car in the parking lot and that it would take three hours. I tried to explain that I had already been rescheduled and the guy at the counter cut me off and said, "If you have an appointment, it just means I can see you that day, not that I have a technician who can help you." Needless to say, I left.

In and out very quick on a Sunday afternoon for an alignment and tire replacement. Kenda was super helpful and embodies excellent customer service.
