Michael was easy to work with because he stayed on top of communication without overtalking it. When something needed an answer, he handled it quickly and closed the loop. That kept everything moving in a straightforward way and helped avoid delays for the customer.

If I could pick a rating lower than this I'd give it. I had them install a transmission and new engine in my 1996 Ford F-250 and the engine failed within 2000 miles without warning. The bolts on the timing cover were not tightened and the timing cover cracked off and sent coolant into the engine, destroying it as I was doing 70 on a freeway. I had the truck back from them for 4 months. Rusty, the manager refused responsibility and refused to make it right. I would avoid these people like the plague. This cost me almost $7000 and I have a truck with a dead engine. I wouldn't trust Rusty to flush a toilet. This is the Apopka "store"... AVOID! They seem so nice...until there is a problem and then their "warranty" is absolutely worthless.

Great place to get your transmission done mike was on point. even though my car was there for one month it was my insurance that help things up waiting for the transmission car came out perfect the mechanics there a very educated they towed my car from my home free of charge. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that loves great work .my car drives better than ever. thank you mike and team.

Mike and his crew were awesome. It’s never fun needing a transmission. I searched Google high and low and came across this shop. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and kept my husband and I updated throughout the process. Thank you guys for getting our van back on the road ❤️

I called several repair shops trying to get an idea of how much a new transmission could cost. Several places stated they would not give me a quote or idea of price so I would not hold them to that price. Thankfully, I called Mike and he gave me a quote within a couple of days. He was very communicative. He called me several times to let me know about where we were in the process. He made me feel comfortable about what was happening to my car. I really appreciated the open communication. He was also able to get the transmission installed within a week or so. I was so appreciative of the work that was done to my car and the constant communication! I would definitely recommend this shop!
