UPDATE: MAD AS CAN BE. Car is broke down at the dealership with a bad rear axle for the past week. What a bull crap warranty, waiting on the warranty company for 3 days now. Downgrade from 2 stars to 1. NOT EVEN 10 MILES WITH PROBLEMS. 1. LF wheel had loose fastener not contacting wheel, about half the lugs were not torqued properly. I torqued them to spec! 2. No physical key/broken fob! 3. Had to replace thermostat, stuck open fron the git. 4. Brand new Rear differential whine and has metallic flake in the fluid. *I want to add by saying everyone there is super nice* We drove round trip 740 miles to get a very nice 2021 Mazda3 AWD Turbo. Sadly so far my experience has not been the greatest but there is still a chance it can change recently bought a 2021 mazda 3 awd and I love it but sadly there have been some issues first off when buying the car me and a few family traveld over 300 or so miles to the dealership and im glad they stayed over for me through the purchase and paperwork they even lifted the car to inspect the rear differential now sadly this is where our problem comes in during my test drive i heard a whining almost motor like sound coming from the rear and in my research of the awd mazdas I had seen that one complaint was a droning or whining sound from the rear differential so I thought nothing too major of this so when I got back from the test drive the service techs put the car on a lift to check the diff we

I bought a high mileage vehicle from them. Decent place and nice person. A couple of months after I replaced the fuel filter and found glitter in it, MIL light came on. I checked it with a scantool and said P0172. 1st Bank running rich. This would cost me thousands of dollars replacing a fuel system. So I saw codes cleared right before I bought it with a scantool. I'm selling the car. Don't buy high mileage vehicles unless you want them to be a project or long lasting vehicle.

The entire crew is fantastic and fast working! Not only did they help me get a specific car for my field work, but also had it in and out of the shop within a couple days for repairs! 10/10 would recommend them!
