Allanson Auto Body

Have needed their service twice and both times were nothing but great experiences and both times the problems were fixed right the first time. Both times I dealt with Aiden and he has been great both times. I will go back to Allanson Body if I need any auto body work or repairs done again.

I was referred to Allanson by my fleet company after reporting damage on a company car and filing a police report. When I arrived, I asked an employee to walk around the vehicle with me. Instead of doing so, he told me, “I know exactly what you’re doing. I’m calling the fleet company—I work for them.” I found this response surprising and unprofessional, so I left and reported the interaction to my fleet company. I went to a competitor who immediately reviewed the entire vehicle and is now handling the repairs respectfully and thoroughly. Due to the interaction at Allanson, I won’t return in the future.

I can’t say enough good about this place! About a month ago my Dad backed into my brand new truck the damage was barely noticeable no paint damage just a small crease these guys did amazing job fixing it, today July 23 I took it back over to have some scratches (minor) buffed from the hood that I am sure came from my neighbors cat jumping on it at night, anyway Alejandro (please forgive me if I spell your name wrong) was able to spend 20 minutes buffing it out and got about 95% of the scratches out enough where it is barely noticeable! They didn’t charge me for this but i promise to be back in next few days to take care of him!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This place used to be great when it was run by John which is where all the good reviews are from. It is under new management and now they will lie to you and blame the insurance on not coming for near two weeks when the insurance was asked they said they sent someone out right away when asked. We ended up having to pay $1000 for a rental car because they lied and said insurance would cover it for the near 2 1/2 months it took them but our insurance would only cover 30 days. Do not waste your time and money here. They kept saying the car would be done by the end of the week. And we kept hearing this for over a month. It would be less insulting if they were just upfront and told the truth instead of lying to our faces. They are borderline fraudulent and will lie direct
