I had an outstanding experience with Fernando and the team at Allard Collision! From the moment I arrived they made me feel welcomed. They repaired my VW Jetta's rear bumper faster than the promised completion date, and the work was impeccable. My car looked flawless, with every detail perfected—even my tires were shining when I picked it up. They went above and beyond by arranging a shuttle from Enterprise to pick me up after I dropped off my car and even offered to let me drop off my Enterprise rental at their shop for return after picking up my Jetta. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are top-notch. I highly recommend Allard Collision to anyone needing quality auto repairs. My experience with the Allard Collision Was amazing. They were done faster than I expected. They told me everything was happening during the process step-by-step so I knew what was being done. I got told right away when my parts came in and they rest assured me they were gonna do everything in their power to fix my car and they were very honest with me. We took our truck here for a body and paint refresh. Fixed a couple of small dents and repainted the hood. They did a great job and our 2018 truck looks shiny and new again. Very nice people to work with.

Awesome customer service. They took care of everything after I reported my car as attempted to be stolen. To be honest they delivered it looking like brand new, even better than what it was before the incident. I highly recommend it 👌🏻
