They were nice and polite at the beginning of out conversation, They told us they have a team that they can send right-away, but once they heard that we need to get towed only 8 miles down the road to a truck-stop they told us they don't have anyone available.
Driver was knowledgeable and highly skilled at a very difficult job. Hooked up along busy I-80 in very cold weather and got me home safely

Guy’s rude and unprofessional, only interested about money. They don’t want to tow 14 miles far from place where you broke.
