parts department is good. service department will gouge you everything they can.I suspected my engine was bad and wanted a second opinion before rebuilding. $37 to diagnose coolant leak that i left a note attached to the keys saying specifically not to. The excuse was that the tech looked at it before the service writer could catch him so apparently that's my fault. remind you the note was with the keys.$740 diagnostic fee. to be expected. but +$85 computer hook up fee + $110.72 shop supply fee. what shop supplies? the computer you charged me $85 to hook up and $740 to use?im glad this happened before i purchased all the parts for the overhaul.

Allegiance Trucks in Manchester has given me an exceptional sales experience when I was caught in a jam! I recently had my '22 Kenworth fail on me, needing a new motor that is leaving me with 2 months of downtime. In the heating oil business during the midst of winter, I cannot be down a truck in my fleet for more than a day. I found a 2011 International fuel truck that was for sale at Allegiance that looked in great shape from the photos. I called that same Saturday and spoke with David Wernersbach. I gave him my card over the phone and told him put a deposit! I asked Dave to try his best to get me the best deal as I was not planning to buy a truck until the summer. He got me a great deal with no need for back and forth. I drove all the way to New Hampshire and took delivery of my truck.

Didn't realize they could service Freightliner and Western Star as well! These guys are top notch and really helped me out.
