Update 11-24-2025 : -1 week for diagnostic -1 week installing xy shifter -1 week installing clutch -5 days installing Transmission Control Module Total 26 days and 15000 $ I called them almost daily, I was contacted 3-4 times by them. Conclusion: -very, very slow and expensive... I hope your experience is different... ====== Original review: I hope the owner reads this review. My truck is at this facility since 10-23-2025. I was told they gonna look at it next day on 10-24. It is 10-29 --- they still do not have a diagnostic. I call them daily, nothing happens. I have a trailer in storage 125$ / day because they do not have the space to store a trailer. I owe 1000$ for a week of storage so far and they cannot do anything- "it is crazy here, your truck is next in line, I'll call you in 5 mi

Horrible Techs!!! I had a 2019 International in for 2 Months waiting for a new transmission and clutch, They installed i picked it up and drove it down to my home base, 300 Miles Later the ujoint conecting the transmission bar fell completly off!! Thankfully i was being attentative and noticed it before going to far and avoiding more damage to my truck this was obviously let loose by their techs !! Will Not Recommend This dealer stay away if you would want to avoid something like this happen to you.

I had a truck breakdown and was stuck at a dealership, but Nicolas went above and beyond to help me out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. His expertise and willingness to assist made a stressful situation much easier. They have decent hours and are very busy. It was a good experience. They are located right off of I-80 behind the Pilot.

This place is awesome! I brought my company truck for a check engine light that was showing possible turbo. They were able to get me in for diagnosis in about an hour. Once diagnosed, they informed me that it was the turbo, and that the part was on order, it would be in the next morning. They then gave me a ride to a local hotel. The next day, they called promptly to update me, and had prepped the truck in order to have it ready to go when the part arrived. They kept in touch, and answered all my questions. They needed to finish the road test and do a recal service as well, so it wasn't finished until the next day, but they were awesome. The service rep, Nick, was fabulous. Giving me a direct line as well, if I needed it. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!
