I got majorly screwed at this place. I came in for a simple issue with my windshield wiper not workin. After 5hr of them not being able to solve the issue. They told me it might be a wire issue under the dashboard and they don’t know how long to get it fix. Mind you they were on and off not on the truck for the 5hrs not fully working the whole time. To get me omw they ran a wire to the fuse box to get the wiper to work temporarily. Charged me $700 for a problem that wasn’t fix or even identify

Besides professional, the guys in the service department are great and very understanding. They didn’t try to rob me for every dime and They didn’t just get the job done, they got it done quick and had me own my way, they even helped me out with fixing a mistake that was made by the tow truck company (Interstate Towing) which I will never use again, they are slow and over pricing and don’t know what they are doing. THANK YOU ALLEGIANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP. I’LL GIVE Y’ALL 100 STARS IF I CAN.

Great parts department.

I need a part for my International Prostar and I found they where 1.5 miles away. They take the order over the phone and delivered to me while I was in my Consignee. So much appreciated for OTR driver.

Good service David 100% customer service. They been having a very bad services since they change to front counter employees. Now they have non experience people.
