It appears they have a 2 week minimum for any repairs here. Slow and lazy doesn't even begin to describe the work these guys perform.

Allegiance in Binghamton to the rescue! Our motorhome broke down on I81 in northern PA. After making several calls to local truck shops, no one had availability to look at it for more than a week. We called Allegiance in Binghamton and they said if we got it there, they would look at it immediately. Our roadside assistance (thanks, CoachNet) agreed to tow it the 40 miles to them. We arrived at Allegiance after 6pm. They looked at it that night. Parts were not available through International, so we sourced our own power steering pump in Harrisburg, PA. While we fetched the part, they removed the broken pump and prepped everything so they would be ready when we returned. Most time work is good. But always make sure to check there work. They like losing bolts, leaving stuff lose, and just maybe you're transmission won't fall out of the truck, like literally fall out doing serious damage.. Not just once, but twice. They also don't stand behind there work for long, after long enough they seem to think it's acceptable for a transmission to fall out of a truck. Hopefully you read this, and say is it worth coming here for excessive pricing and subpar work. No its definitely not worth it! It is worth it if you have thousands of dollars to just waste paying to get work done to go someplace else. Also, they git rid of second shift and now only work days, so be prepared for lengthy downtime. I dont understand this cause it really causes excessive loss of income why

I didn't have a good experience. The parts that we so desperately needed didn't come in. I drove over an hour to get there. They assured us the parts would be there in the morning. If you bring your truck in for repairs, it's gonna have to go twice cause they just didn't quite fix it right the first time.

Amazing service my husband truck needs a def sensor, the broker called this company and had the truck right in. Hopefully, they are able to get him fixed and running again. Staff is very helpful and they have no clue how much we appreciate them.
