Allen’s Auto Sales of Paris

I recently purchased an SUV from them and the process was very smooth. The salesman was very nice and courteous and answered all of my questions.

Paid 15,000 cash for a car and was sold the warranty, but failed to tell me that there is a 5,000 limit on warranty repairs. Not even 1 month after I bought a 2017 vehicle, it needed an oil cooler and radiator. Then not even 3 months later found out it needed a transmission which was over the warranty limit. Had to replace the compressor and it was 1200 repair cost for that. So im stuck with a 2017 vehicle that needs a transmission that costs over the warranty limit. Why even buy the warranty if it doesn't cover repairs. Kinda defeats the purpose, don't it?? I will never buy anything from there and will advise anyone to proceed with caution and check EVERYTHING by a mechanic!!! Just sad.... most expensive yard ornament i ever bought...... Karma will eventually take over.....

I was in need of a vehicle quickly with poor credit. Rusty did me a solid to help me get into a great vehicle once he got the one thing wrong with it fixed and taken care of quickly. Super nice super efficient. Thanks for the help.

My used car I got from here has lasted 4 years and very minimal problems, it’s still going strong. I can’t say the same for other used car dealers here in Paris that have knowingly sold me junk. I’d trust this place before others

This was one of the most fun and exciting buys I have ever had. Mr. Tim was very honest and upfront about all the questions and I'm sure there was plenty. He directed me to the best place to get my loan and beat prices on insurance. Really great find. Great atmosphere. This is not the average used car dealership. Thanks for all of the support and help from them today.
