I was stranded at O'Reilly monday. they put 2 new battery on car would not start ..i called west's a nice guy came out and started my car said all good ..I got home in camden was stranded again ..I immediately called he said oh I know what it might be.... he knew my husband had passed I told him I would tow it Tuesday morning and of course I would stay there and wait... I had no ride... he says sure that will be good. So to be safe I called early this morning whic h is Tuesday the 20th another guy answered phone said I don't know if part orders. .. I said well I'll come on over the tow will be 150.00 and I'll wait.... he said OK. So I arrived at 9.00 totally didn't mine waiting but at 12.00 went to desk I said how it looking thinking must be bad they said oh we have not looked at it!! No

I took my car in for a brake job and they let me know I didnt need one. I had them fix my tire sensors while there. They could have just done it and I would not have known either way. Nice to know you can bring your car to someone you trust.

Staff is super friendly, service was fast and the border collie was the goodest boy. Reasonable price and flexible for scheduling
