I’ve been coming to this location for about 4-5 years now. I am always satisfied with the outcome. John, is just so polite and always helping me when I need something done. Customer service is amazing, the work they do they really do take pride in. Thank you Allen’s Automotive for always going above and beyond.

In big snow storm traveled to Reno and had windshield wiper stop wiping. They fixed it right away-no waiting and got us back on the road immediately!! John was great!! Very reasonable cost! If I lived in Reno Sparks area this would be my always service place. Highly recommended!! Thanks for helping us out of the blue(or white 🤓) Dan & Ann

Really really great service. I went in for a noise issue and they couldn’t hear it, they thought maybe I was hearing something that involved the coolant so they filled it up for me. And it fixed the whole problem. Easy. I ended up getting some work done on my breaks which I needed to do anyway. Great price for the amount of work they did plus Justen was so patient with me and was very knowledgeable. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks and will see them with any future problems. We were referred by a church member. We needed to have an oil leak fixed and a preventive maintenance item of new timing belt and water pump. They were able to get us in quickly and gave us a fair price. Work was handled in an efficient manner and even though it took longer than expected they did a great job.
