I stopped by the car lot. Walked around, saw a car that I was interested in. Talked with Joyce took her what I was looking in financially. Allen took me on a test drive, thw next day I purchased the car. Have had it for 5 weeks. I've had no issues or problems with the vehicle. I would recommend them 100%

Initially I really thought that I made the right decision going to Allens. Staff seemed friendly and the cars/ prices seemed good. However, they decided they would sell my loan to a bank just to make a few extra bucks. This was against my wishes. I do not appreciate the way they do business. I have friends and family that have done with business with and have not had good experiences either. They take cars that they have previously financed to other people that were in accidents; patch them up and resell them. I will never do business with them again. My advice would be to go somewhere else.

I overall had a great experience with Allen's Friendly Auto. Ms Joyce is very kind and caring and takes care of your every need with payments or even any other issues. Mike is also a very great man and helped me along the way with my car and was very kind! I hope to work with them on another vehicle in the future and would definitely refer people to buying from here 👍
