My car was brought in for a deer collision and was at the shop for about a month. The shop did a great job with the repairs on my vehicle although 2 things I wanted to bring up. 1. The front desk lady seemed to always be annoyed everytime I would call for an update on the repairs which was me calling about 2 or 3 times. 2. The repair job was great, unfortunately during the repair process, the inside panel of my door was hit with something that left a small mark and the white leather interior was scuffed up we with dark marks that should have been cleaned. I tried cleaning it myself which is not a big issue but some marks won't seem to go away and are still slightly visible. The dent in the door panel i cant get rid of. They did a fantastic job restoring our BMW X7 after a deer strike took out the bumper, the fender, and both side doors. The quality of the repair was outstanding. The fit and finish is factory-level. The car truly looks like nothing ever happened to it. They worked nicely with our insurance company and even made the rental car pick-up and drop-off process easy (I just tossed them the rental car keys at the end and they took care of the return for me). Thanks to Andy for answering a couple extra questions when I picked up the car, too. Well done!!!

My BMW got hit and I took it here to a certified BMW center to get repaired. The initial four day repair turned into a 10 day repair. After picking my car up after being “done “there was still noticeable damage to the front of my vehicle and three separate spots around my sensors that they didn’t paint. I even emailed them to clarify that they would replace so part. Additionally after looking under my car where they did the replacement on the half of the screws were riveted back into my plastics. My fog light came unplugged two days after picking the car up must’ve not assembled it correctly. Their work definitely was cutting quarters. Highly recommend taking your car elsewhere for true service.

There was no communication about when my car would be done, and if a rental isn’t covered by insurance be prepared… I waited a full three weeks to get my car back after I was initially told it would be done in 4-5 days. No one return my calls when I left messages. No one called to me say they would need more time with my car. There seems to be no communication between departments. Mind you, I waited a week or two to get my car into body shop. I believe there is so sense of urgency as they know they will be getting the insurance money.

Tom Sokol did a great job repairing my bumper. Staff are very friendly here and the price was very fair for the work I had completed!
