Allied Auto Parts (Fisher Auto Parts)

They have definitely gone down hill since Allied left. Just communication and when there employees do not know there job they will lie and say you swore. Even though you did not swear, They just lie to get off the main point they don't know there job. Is there a Hurt Feelings Report at Fisher, ?

Today I went inside the store simply asking a question to the customer service rep working behind the counter and The customer service that I received was absolutely unacceptable , displeasing, and simply disrespectful The Tone of voice being used Towards me the customer was Simply terrifying. Why do you ask?! I went in the store simply asking if he knew when the store next door closes since I was lost and could not find their entrance or even a customer service rep there to talk to, and i really wasn’t familiar with the place. I wasn’t expecting him to know the answer but I taught I would ask anyway since they are Neighbors. Of course not to my surprise He didn’t know exactly when the store closed which was fine and I said thank you of course , but it’s the response, and tone of voi

All I can say is the man who helped me, a Spanish man (kinda muscular) was so nice and helpful. He also knew so much about my car that I couldn't be more happy. He even put some oil in for me because I was down a quart and was afraid to put it in. He noticed the dings on my car and said that if I was ever going to paint it, they definitely could match the color. That just amazed me because Nissan's (I know I have seen) have so many different shades. I neglected to get his name but what a courteous, helpful, knowledgeable gentleman. Thank you Sir. for helping out an old lady. I would recommend that anyone and everyone to go to this place if they are in need of product of have questions and need accurate answers from knowledgeable people.
