Customer Reviews
I took my jeep wrangler to allied transmissions to have a mcClean clutch package installed because the dealership don't install aftermarket parts .Price seemed reasonable but the installation they preformed was a slam together installation . They bent the heat shielding around the transmission (transmission tunnel) and gouged holes in the heat shield . The mechanic pushed the transmission with shifter attached up through the opening in the floor board and riped a whole in the floor pan seal and gouged the shifter boot pushing it loose inside the console . All the mechanic had to say about it when I asked him to fix it was that it didn't need to be there anyway and to avoid replacing it he tried to scare me up by telling me he would have to rip my interior apart to get the seal back on top
Jeff and team take good care of my '08 Tundra with nearly 300,000 miles. I hate making appointments, so I usually just show up if I think the truck is acting up, and most of the time they'll suggest an easy DIY fix that solves the issue and costs me nothing. When the truck does need work, they get it to me quickly and cheaper than anyone else I have worked with coast-to-coast. Highly recommend!
I took my truck there to have the transmission rebuilt on it and after getting it back after work was done it shifts hard. Took it back multiple times for them to fix it and every time the old man said it was fine. Mind you I even purchased the extra warranty on it and it is still shifting hard. This place is horrible and I don’t recommend it to anyone plus they should fix mine still
I took a transmission for a 2010 Toyota rav 4 to Allied Transmission, at first it was a carry in. After I got it back I put the transmission back in the car and it still did not shift properly. I took it back to them with it in the car for them to fix and then still was not able to fix it, the said they believe it was the computer, when I asked if they could guarantee that before I bought a computer they said no, so I took the car to the Toyota dealership for a diagnostic test and they told me the computer was good the transmission was just internally damaged. When I went back to the transmission shop to tell them what was said, I was told that the Toyota dealership was lying to me and that it had to be the computer. He charged me $2500 to rebuild the transmission and never even did fix it
I brought my 2011 Toyota Camry into have a new torque converter installed, they did a excellent job and were very reasonable compared to other places I went to. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Them Thank for a great job done. John. N
