I don't know where to begin, but Muhammad is the nicest, and most professional, honest businessman I have ever met. My Mustang Convertible stalled out while at the intersection at the Christiana Mall and Route 7 about last Thursday, which was a day before the 4th of July at 5 p.m. It was jarring experience and I made it to the side of the road outside the Edgebrooke Way development. While waiting for my Triple A towing service to come, Muhammad pulled into development and stopped to ask me if I needed help. He looked at the engine and told me he could look at the car the following day since the car center my car was being towed to would not be open until the following Monday due to holiday. He diagnosed a bad battery and was able to put a new battery in and he cleaned up around the ele

So I called about 5 different mechanics to see if I can get help with some body work from an accident I was in. It seemed like nobody could even take a look at my car until 2 weeks out, I found Allison's automotive and spoke to somebody named Muhammad. He told me I could bring it in that day, I was surprised, a little hesitant but figured I'd give it a shot. Needless to say my car looks brand new and he did it in just a few days and trust me this accident caused a lot of damage so how quick he was able to do it was amazing. My car looked as if it was never even hurt. If you are looking for somebody who actually cares about what their work looks like and cares about the customer call Allison's automotive you're not going to be disappointed.

Called multiple shops to see if they could help me with my ABS module. I drive an Acura and all my lights came on about my anti-lock brake system. Freaked me out so I called a bunch of places, all of which clearly had no idea what I was even talking about. I called up Allison's Automotive and spoke to Mo. I started to explain my issue and before I could get it all out, he said "That's your ABS module. Bring it in let me have a look, run some diagnostics and we'll go from there". I was without words, especially because he let me bring my car in the same day. I don't know if he could tell how scared I was, but either way he was amazing. Fast forward, he treated me with the upmost personal, yet professional service and told me he would have to order the part and as soon as it came in,

Terrible customer service. Put brakes on my daughter vehicle and they were faulty. So we arranged a day to bring it back to repair them. Unfortunately didn’t make it back due to a tornado that caused issues to my office building that Friday. Messaged him on that sat because brakes started smoking Realized he was closed on weekends so I messaged shop owner (his phone line is his cell) to tell him I was going to take it to Nissan since they were open. Honestly at this point wasn’t sure if I could trust going back to him without someone else looking at it. But didn’t tell him that just said hey “I see your closed taking to Nissan” and he replied angrily. Fast forward to this past Monday got vehicle back from Nissan & they reported that the brakes warped into the rotors and caliber. I called
