I have been a customer for years. The team is thorough and honest. If your problem is a $30 fix, they say it. If your car is about to fail in a big way, they tell you before you choose to do a small repair on it. If you take the car in for repairs, and they see something else failing that they replaced recently, they replace it under their warranty without fuss and bother. They have a computerized system, often with photos of the damage they find during an oil change or repair, that shows you current problems and wear and tear that will require work in the next few months or a year. I haven't seen any other mechanic for almost a decade, with good reason. Repairs are always priced well. Oil changes are slightly higher than elsewhere, but it's well worth it for the check you get with it.

I’ve been going to Kevin for several years now for routine maintenance and he’s always been very thorough and done a nice job. Recently, my son came home from college out of state and with a CEL, needing a MA state inspection and had minimal time to do it before he headed back to school. He brought his car in to an inspection station and it failed. I called Kevin and that same afternoon he diagnosed and fixed the problem. No more CEL, a passing sticker and a relieved Dad (who will unfortunately now not hear from his son until May because the car issues have been resolved). I can't recommend Kevin and Jeff enough - they are the best! Thank you guys!

I had a situation late on a Friday afternoon and called…they told me to bring it over and within an hour I was back on the road. The owners, Kevin and Nicole were super nice. The price was very reasonable and I think I just found my go to auto repair shop! Highly recommend ♥️😊
