I went to Groveland Auto to look at purchasing a 2012 MINI Cooper Clubman S. It was an exceptional experience. 5+ stars! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner (Fadi) took the time to answer all my questions about the car. He gave us the keys and let us test drive it by ourselves, which I really appreciated. The car itself was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition for its age. Everything about the vehicle was explained clearly and honestly. I really appreciated Fadi's transparency and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used car and great customer service.

Quick review. I intend to update: I brought my vehicle in due to shaking during acceleration. I was told that the spark plug in cylinder 2 needed to be replaced and that, since the engine was already being accessed, all six spark plugs should be replaced. Trusting the mechanic's professional judgment and wanting to properly maintain my vehicle, I agreed. The repair did not resolve the issue and returned the following day. I was told the engine would need to be taken apart. At that point, I declined further work and decided to take the vehicle to the dealership, as it is a relatively new used vehicle (44,000 miles) and I no longer felt confident after being told the issue had been fixed when it had not. It was my first time here today for an inspection sticker and a few other things my car needed. The owner is genuine and honest and the prices are excellent. I’m definitely coming here again when I need to!

What a great experience. Had a flat tire. They were so nice about filling it up with air and would not take any money from me. That never happens. Made my day!

Been coming here since I moved to the area a few years ago. Great service! Trustworthy and honest. Was closed when I was pulling up but the owner noticed my expired inspection and opened back up to squeeze me in!
