Much higher than expected wouldn't be my first resort I was originally going to leave a 4 star due to the price but after the last two less than satisfactory and rude phone interactions I don't see it possible that I could rate anything higher than two stars. Customer service goes a long way alone but telling me you are going to take retaliation merely from a bad review that was earned from the rude customer service is asinine

Great quick service and fair price for my transmission rebuild. Ronny (I think) took a few minutes to explain what the issue was and how long it would take to repair. He even gave me an accurate estimate for the repair prior to doing the work which is my biggest concern when using a new auto repair place.
