The owner quoted me $300 for a 1 hour job. How do I know it was a 1 hour job? The muffler shop on Hwy 80, six miles down the road. toward Longview, took 1 hour, and charged half that price. Updated to reply to owner. 1st You knew exactly what I needed done. Replace exhaust system. Remove and replace. Bolt off, bolt on. 2nd you knew exactly what you were quoting 3rd quality of work was not applicable. Simple bolt off, bolt on. You just wanted to try to charge $300 labor.

I went to White Oak Muffler & Brake to get a mid-muffler delete on my Tahoe and the service was fantastic. The team was incredibly efficient and had the job done in less than 30 minutes! The tahoe sounds great, and the price was great. I was in and out of there in no time. Highly recommend these guys for any exhaust work. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else.

I never review anything. But I called on the phone they told me to come up there and it wouldn’t take them long to get the work done, I understand being busy. And if that was the case when I called and said I was on a time limit did you not tell me you were slammed. I go up there and ask them about how long they said “30-45” mins before they could even LOOK at my car. I asked about prices of some different tips and they at first didn’t know and then when they did figure it out there were like $65. Asked me if my car had cats cause if not he couldn’t work on it then proceeded to have a conversation about how to make someone’s car sound like someone’s else’s they would have to cut the 3rd cat off. All together the prices are way too high. The same tips he quoted me 65 on down the street were
