The office staff is very helpful and sufficient. I explained what I needed and they emailed everything in minutes and it was exactly what I asked for. I appreciate being able to contact my insurance company and be happy with the results unlike Kevin Bradley and his staff. So glad my policy was transferred to Tim Storey.

I don't normally write reviews and hate for my one review to be negative but this was probably the worst experience I've ever had with a business. I switched to allstate when a super nice guy called me out of the blue and was able to save me money. Soon after I purchased a new home and they gave me a list of things I needed to do in order to keep the insurance which I completed and sent pictures in. The person I signed up with left the office permanently and the person assigned to my account unfortunately passed away but no one checked my file and I realized two months later my pictures were never filed or documented and I was dropped without notification. Melissa in the office was extremely rude to me when I was understandably upset and no one ever took responsibility or even said sorry f

I'm a very patient person, but I will never be going to this particular office for any insurance needs. I'm new to the area and was visiting a few insurance agencies to get quotes on properties in the area. The woman at the front desk was speaking to a customer on the phone, which I didn't mind. She kindly greeted me and asked if I could wait. As soon as she found an opportunity, she put the customer on hold and asked what she could help me with, which I appreciated. When I told her, she went to search for someone. (Mind you, she still had a customer on hold so I appreciated that she made the effort to still help me.) She came back to the front with a man by the name of Ramsey. Ramsey did not greet me or introduce himself. He simply looked at me and asked if someone else could do it,

Great staff at this location. They have a variety of services they offer, it’s like a one stop shop for insurance needs. Both Tim and Andrew were very professional and happy to answer my questions about what type of policies they are writing in CA right now.
