Allstate Insurance - Mark Wilson

I have been with Allstate Insurance Company for more than 40 years and I have had the best of service. Mark Wilson and his crew are very knowledgeable and have all the answers to every question I have ever asked concerning my policy. No need for me to look anywhere else for insurance because Allstate is by far the best.

Haley was just a life saver. She listened to my concerns and made sure to contact my loan company to get them everything they needed. After that she called me back to update me and get me the information I needed for my records. I appreciate everything she has done today

Well I switched from the Godfrey agency from matthews because of poor service and failure of the employees (Tina and Julie) to upload requested documents or return phone calls. Spent time with Matt today and he went through everything with me and I received more information today then the entire time I've been with allstate as of 28 Feb 25 at the other agency. It felt more like a family, very polite and helpful. I would give more stars if I could, definitely 10/10. Very helpful, even made recommendations for additional insurance coverage. If you want a trustworthy insurance agent a pleasant experience be sure to contact Mark Wilson at allstate. Highly recommended.

"WHAT SCAM". Bad service and very bad information, for two cars they began to charge us a fixed price of $210 and in a couple of months it went up to $235 and in 2 more months to $254, her excuse was that the other insurances were going up also, and we are people without any traffic ticket, they should rather lower the price, and they are now charging me 150 for canceling the service that I did not authorize to start for 6 more months and that they never notified me, I switched to State Farm and for the same service they charge me 140, still don't think it's a scam?

Great people knowledgeable courteous just plain down to earth folks great place to have insurance with always polite and with a great hometown smile. They understand your needs,would recommend Allstate Insurance at Mr. Mark Wilson to everybody.
