UPDATE: STILL zeros stars. More photos added. after another few months and being told my camper was completed, I arrived to find panels still off. Service manger Chris hooked me up to the truck so I didn't notice, but upon returning home and disconnecting, I found they fail to reinstall a junction box under the pin box. small gauge wire hanging from a heavy metal junction box containing the brake control connections in a 20k pound rig. Terrified to know what other things were overlooked beneath now out of site. You'd think after 1 FULL YEAR of me getting tossed around, you'd have the decency to spend 30 seconds to walk around the rig ensuring it was properly buttoned up before I show up for a THIRD time to find incomplete repairs. Alpin Haus is GREAT! My sales rep Brandon was patient, kind & knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with!! This is my second RV purchase and the first from Alpin Haus. I'd definitely by from Alpin Haus again. The entire experience was excellent. Product selection both new & used was great. The walkthrough at delivery was thorough and unrushed. I do feel the prep fee they charged was a poor value as some things were missed that we had to take care of ourselves. Other than that (small) issue the overall experience was awesome. A great place to purchase an RV!!!

If I could do no stars I would. They had our camper (purchased from them) for over a year with very little communication and they never held up their end of calling us back when they said they would. Once we were finally told it was done, when my husband went to pick it up, it wasn’t done! Finally they told us it was actually ready to go, they hook it up to my husband truck, he gets home and goes to disconnect it and noticed they never screwed the box that holds all the trailer brake and connector and it was just dangling. Thank god nothing happened. When he called to tell them this, they said oh well nothing happened. What a joke of a business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The Alpin Haus service center is fantastic to deal with! they make a stressful situation seamless with my warrantee company and put me at ease with any repairs I've needed. I highly recommend using them for your RV service needs!
