The staff was great friendly kind didn't have any issues with the people until later my car had a recall and I took it in to get the check engine light checked. Recall required my tires to be taken off yet ford couldn't get my tires off because supposedly I had locking nuts well I just took my car to Walmart to get new tires put on about a week before. Walmart said nothing about locks they got my tires off and completed transaction yet ford charged me to break nuts and new ones $245 for that mess then wanted to charge 4000 for new cats invoice is for all mechanic time. Total rip off had to pay 658 to get my car back. Never going back to ford

To start off Ernie the guy who sold me the truck has been great. As far as customer service goes as a whole the place is horrible. I bought a new truck and in less than a month it already has a rod knock with 3500mi on it. It has transmission issues and also some electrical whining noise under the hood that sounds like R2D2. Ive got myself a lemon! Also there is plugs in a tire and they never disclosed that as I would have not accepted it.

Apparently they removed my 1 star review. They get 2 Star now. If you buy a new vehicle and get their lifetime oil lube package it's great Jeff was the sales person I worked with. Vehicle was purchased in my mom's name, but I did all of the contact work. Truck is mine just not on paper. Kaaren W. Maybe they won't remove my review. Bought a new to me 2019 f150. They put it through service to make sure there was no issues. They replaced rear brakes, but left front brake pads that were cracked. They told me other than a couple of minor things like tail lights that they eventually fixed. There was nothing wrong. The very first weekend I had at home I took the truck to a mechanic friend. He found cracked valve covers. Leaking valve covers the truck had the classic Cam phaser rattle which

DO NOT BUY From HERE had a horrible experience recently bought a new 2022 Hyndai Kona only had it 3 months and it only has 60k miles!!!! It started knocking on me a few days ago and it's still under warranty!!! I had to pay to tow it back from Colorado Springs and it's sitting at the dealership and I am paying on a broken car!!!!Sent me on a goose chase from person to service manager and back to the same person I first talked to They are not helpful just waited an hour and a half as they smugged me and still NO HELP!!! This is absolute B.S!!!!! I do not recommend this place at all horrible service unless they're selling you something!!!!! Literally if it wasn't for my old jeep I'd be paying 730$ a month to walk home!!!!!
