Alpine Valley Post Acute & Healthcare Center

Alpine Valley is such a beautiful place. It is Christ centered place and staffed very well. The physical therapy and occupational therapy department are high quality and the room is large so that more than one patient can get therapy at the same time. The gift shop is so cute and very inexpensive so you can get a gift item for someone who is staying there. They are currently doing renovations to an already well built facility. The lady I visited is tickle pink with the care she is receiving, the room accommodations, the physical therapy and nurses’ goal to get her up and moving so she can function well at home. I highly recommend this facility as a welcoming and supportive place to have a loved one stay for rehabilitation and care.

Our mother was a patient at Alpine Valley for approximately 1 month. During that time she was cared for by an attentive and caring staff. When a transition to her placement was required, Rachel G. provided professional and highly competent assistance to our family.

Requiring rehab is a stressful occurrence for both the one being rehabilitated and the family who supports them. From the moment my MIL arrived from the hospital, we all were treated with kindness, smiling and friendly faces and professionalism. We arrived at night and immediately Erika and Rosie got to work not only with the clinical requirements of a new patient, but also making sure we all felt welcomed, special and in competent and caring hands. We observed the staff executing the transition of mom from the wheelchair to the bed and were immediately impressed with their ease in assisting her. When we arrived the next morning, mom was already up, dressed and eating breakfast. Everyone we met in the hallways already knew who our MIL was and was eager to help us feel at ease - from house

My mom has been here for about 6 weeks. They are in the middle of renovations, but it hasn't affected her care whatsoever. My mother has had an amazing experience so far. Communication could be better, but the care she has received has been first rate. I would highly recommend this establishment!!

My mother has been in the rehab unit for about a month. We are very pleased with the attention she has received from the entire staff...Nurses, Aides, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, even the Custodial staff. They have responded quickly to her needs, and to any requests/questions from our family. The Administration/Social Worker has worked with us closely as Mom's needs have changed. We really appreciate their support.
