Billy took great care of me today. I was a terrible client. I was late 18 minutes and asked them to pause the work so my partner could verify since I know nothing about cars. He was 100% honest about what my vehicle required, offered a lower option in case it was outside of my financial capacity, and was very polite even with the place overflowing with business. They do everything except exhaust and detailing. I plan on doing all my business here from now on. When is the last time you met an honest mechanic that didn't upsell? Billy is worth his weight in gold. The vending machine is a little less reliable but it did make for good conversation 😅

Went in to get a thermostat housing replaced on my truck, picked it back up to check my dash cam to find an employee messing with my radio *which is tuned and messing with it could blow my subs or door speakers* he played music for a few minutes and was turning it up and down and also messing with settings. I called and I don’t think any action was taken out on the employee, well when I got home I realized that there was no coolant left over *I bought and supplied more than was needed expecting some to be left over which there was none. Not only was there none left over my coolant reservoir tank was not filled up in fact it was lower. Very disappointed with my visit today especially considering I’ve brought stuff to them a decent amount and thought they were honest and trustworthy.

I came upon them by chance and now I won’t go anywhere else. They are honest and provide high quality work. They are friendly and communicate anything needed throughout the service. Highly recommend.

Took car in for an oil leak which they found. It was actually coming from the valve cover gasket and oil pan itself. The leak stopped and we thought all was well. There was also a problem with the cv axle. They looked over it on 12-9/25 and said it was thought to be the passenger axle to bring it back on Wednesday to let them look. My daughter took it on 12/10/25 and was told it was the axle and to bring it on Thursday for repair. She took it Thursday 12/11/25 and the guy filling in for Billy said he would need to keep the car overnight to see if the axle was the problem. Mind you another guy the day before stated it would be repaired. I work at night so my daughter picks up the car and I decide to take it to the dealership.
