I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m over 40 miles away and I bring my car here to them each time. I bought my Kia forte koup from them in mid February this year. The car has been great since I’ve had it. They put a new engine in it with 104,000 ish miles due to the previous engine seizing. Unfortunately during the summer the vehicle got into an accident and had a faulty starter system to where I towed it a few times (I have AAA luckily). Each time they told me to tow the car over and they will work on it. Since then, it’s been running fine and honestly is such a good car. Prices are also affordable! I love this shop.

After visiting three different mechanics who were unable to diagnose the issue, I finally brought my car to this shop. After a quick inspection, they were able to identify the problem right away. They are honest, professional, and quick to respond. I truly appreciate their expertise and transparency. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service!

After learning the hard way that most non-dealer repair shops don't want to touch older model Minis, I was relieved to find Al's Auto Care. Brett and Andre proved their expertise, honesty, fairness and superb customer service. Hats off!

It is important to do business with people you can trust. Brett went above and beyond to assist and advise me in a situation where he didn't know me and didn't know if it would lead to business. . He provided me with his expert opinion and a range of options and was only concerned for me and my situation, not his. I am grateful that people like him are still around.

Andre and Brett were amazing! I will be recommending this shop to everyone who needs a mechanic. I took my car here after I had a long drawn out disaster of an experience with a previous mechanic that held my truck hostage for nearly 3 months while giving me the “run-around”,and at times even ignoring my calls. The truck simply needed sensors changed. I couldn’t get straight answers from this other guy as to why the job was taking so long… Got the truck back paid 900$ I didn’t make it down the street before the light pops on… Due to the other guys incompetency…. I ended up needing a new engine on a BMW X5…. No one would take the job of figuring out the problem and fixing what the other guy messed up.
