This review is long overdue..., my wife and I were traveling from central, MN to central, WI on a Friday. We were outside of Medford, WI when we had an metal oil coolant line burst behind our radiator and lost a majority of our engine oil on the highway. Being a Friday afternoon and due to the specialized parts that this would likely require I immediately was thinking that I would have to leave my Silverado at a Wisconsin Chevy dealership and pay for a rental a vehicle to travel 5 hours back home only to have to return on the following week to drop off pick up my pickup and drop off my rental (that assumes that I could even find a car rental facility or a dealership nearby. I'd take my vehicle there again Al was fast with finding a transmission for our car and got onto putting it in. Didn't have to wait long and it was done. Al and his son were friendly and considerate.

I love the places the family-owned business. It's very courteous willing to listen. they love what they do, and they really care about you. I'll always come back.
