This was my first time taking a vehicle into a shop and I will definitely be coming back! Extremely nice people and they made the whole thing as stress-free as possible. I was so scared that my whole differential would have to be replaced or that the repairs would be super expensive but they weren't! They even found a leak in my engine that I didn't even know about! They called me the same day to tell me about everything and even gave me a break down on how much it would all cost. And it wasn't no where near what I thought it would all be and definitely saved my bank account from hurting. They definitely made my first vehicle repairs a great experience and I will be coming back with my vehicle when needed.

Absolutely wonderful place. Our vehicle broke down and we were an hour from home. They got us in right away, the office employees were on point(seriously great people), and they fixed our vehicle very quick. They even took the time to show me the problem. They were very busy and we sincerely appreciate what they did for us today. Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to fit us in! I highly recommend anyone to do business with them!

If your Jeep breaks down in Medford, it might be a blessing. As much as I'm not happy with my Jeep breaking down 5 hours from home. I feel like things are in good hands with good people at Schmidtfranz repair. It's been a complicated repair with aftermarket parts, I feel like they give it their all to get my Jeep back on the road/ trails.
