If I can start off without a star at all, I wouldn’t that would be great I had by far the worst experience ever at this place this morning nothing against the owner. He was great, but he needs to train his employees to have better customer service for starters I went to go get my tire plugged. The owner insisted that if he plugs it, it would get worse so i just needed to get a another tire granted , maybe that’s something i needed to do anyways so I went with his idea and got another tire. His employee went to the back and got me a tire. Then once he put it on the Car, he asked me how I was going to pay. I said card we did went into the office to make the transaction. Worst service I’ve ever received and I visit many tire places before. I don’t know if it’s because they are old people that just don’t care but I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE COMING HERE. and then the ordacity to install my tires with missing lug nuts!?!?!?!? Need better customer service, better attention to the tire and communicate with people waiting over 30 minutes with only 2 cars in the lot.

THEY PUT TIRES ON MY MOTHER'S CAR WITH THE INTENT OF HARMING HER. That is the only reason EVER anyone would put tires in this condition on someone's vehicle AND charge them $60 !!! It wasn't until a couple weaks and her mentioning a vibration that I decided to check them out. Scammers and fraudsters just selling whatever they have to take people's money. I hope the city shuts this business down.

Super helpful! I came to Al's after another shop gave me two faulty tires in a row. Their team was able to spot that my replacement had actually had a bad plug and gave me a patch instead. No more leaking air and smooth driving from there on. Definitely going to Al's first next time I need a tire.

DO NOT COME TO THIS TIRE SHOP!!! They are not professionals at all… they had me waiting almost 1 hour to change my tire..i know something was wrong because it never takes that long to change a tire… I changed two tires 30 minutes after I left one of the tires started losing air so I went back to get it changed and I was told it was to late to come back tomorrow, but I work so I went back the next and again they were in the process of closing the same guy who changed my tires had an attitude I asked for the owner and he was also no help, after telling them the tire they gave me was bad they decided to change it just for him to take my tire off and tell me I have a cracked rim.. he told me I hit a curb that’s how it cracked…I know for sure I never hit a curb…he put air in my tire and told me
