Al's Jaguar and Land Rover Independent Service and Repair

What can I say. I had almost a complete tear down of my 2016 Range Rover sport Dynamic V8 due to a timing issue & other problems from the remanufactured engine I purchased. When I found Ed, my car would shake and jolt due to misfiring in multiple cylinders. He gave me the piece of mind that he would do his absolute best to diagnose the issue as 99% before repairing because he wants to fix the deep root issue and not the cosmetic patch so that you’ll be back. He did my timing, fuel pressure pumps, suspension (bags, compressor), oil change and was very accommodating with everything else. This shop and their knowledge and expertise is top notch & should be taken very seriously. One of the only independent shops that work on JLR. I had another extraordinary experience with Al's Jaguar. I own a 2005 Jaguar XK8 Convertible. The vehicle was reviewed to determine what was needed. I walked out a very happy guy. My car is now running so quietly and now without an issue. I've been coming here about 15 years. I have never been disappointed and this time was no exception.

People who write 1 star reviews about 'unfriendly' service likely were observed to be more trouble than they were worth. If Al's takes in your car it will be repaired expertly at a fair price. Said and done.

Kent and his Crew offer a great and professional service and repairs for Jaguar owners and lovers, he cares about his customers well being and keep cost at a fair level and upfront. I own a 2006 XJ8L and won't trust any repair shop except Kent and his guys.. this is a great shop.
