Al'S TOWING / COLLISION REPAIR

Al is the best!!!! He is soooo sweet and was such a great help to me when I needed him to tow my car. His prices are extremely reasonable and he goes above and beyond to help you. He is extremely helpful and understanding and just overall a very good person. Thank you sooo much for helping me!! And the extra steps you took to help me out due to the terrible situation I was in. I reccommend everybody to go to Al, you won’t regret it. He really comes through and he’s also very responsive and gets back to you very quickly. 10/10 he’s not like these other tow truck companies at all.

Al went above and beyond and has been a life saver more than once. My car broke down next to the fast lane of 94. Al communicated well to get my car off the highway quickly, diagnosed the issue, and helped me research replacement cars with far more expertise than I brought. Then on Easter, Al met with me so I could pick up a license plate I forgot, make sure the replacement car I got was safe, identified and fixed a critical issue, and pointed out an issue the car salesman said was a strength, and found an issue I didn't think to check for. I learned a lot though my adventures with Al, value his knowledge, integrity, and customer care, and would give more than five stars if possible.

Along with me my wife, son, daughter in law and g-granddaughter were stranded on I-80 yesterday with a flat tire that we could not remove. We were 40 miles from home on a rainy afternoon. I called Al and explained our situation and he quickly arrived to help. Al went above and beyond in his service. Making sure that my family got to the nearby oasis before towing the car. To make matters worse, the spare was flat too! Not a problem for Al, he helped us locate a replacement tire and even guided us back to the oasis to pick up the family. What a guy!! Someone without Al’s scruples could easily have held the proverbial gun to our head and emptied my life’s savings. Not Al. Almost embarrassed by his most reasonable charge. Thanx Al, you’ re a GREAT guy and Glod bless you!

Finally, friendly mechanics you can trust. I've used Al's repair services several times and keep going back bc they LISTEN to what you want as the customer, unlike other places ive been. I especially like that they tell u what you need now, and what can wait.. this is especially helpful for those on a budget.

OMG i never noticed Al's repair because he is in-between 2 other auto repair garages and I assumed he only did towing. But no, he said he mostly does his tows in morning, so I guess he does repair work in afternoon. He does NOT price gouge like the other places and moves super fast for minor repair work. Make sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment. If u r trying to save money, ask Al for a price quote before heading to AutoZone
