I came into autozone today knowing my car needed a jump and asked if I could receive a battery test. As soon as I came in Marcelus was able to identify I had the wrong size battery 🤯. I've tested this same battery at competitors before and they never mentioned the wrong size for my vehicle. Purchasing a new battery and the installation was quick. Marcelus definitely did an amazing job representing the company. 5 stars 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The place was amazing, and they were so helpful and kind. It was so cold outside, and two young men came out and helped my daughter with her diagnosis test. Customer service was great, highly recommend.

Person working didn’t even know what a trailer lug nut was, told me they didn’t have them. I found them in the *wait for it* trailer parts section.

Got a mass air sensor and Christopher .V new employee helped me with my part management was on point Brandy and totally help .

Autozone was always my #1 autoparts not after today. Got my pretty expensive battery a couple Years ago and the lady in the front desk said warranty is expired. I felt I could could trust autozone with the warranties but not anymore.
