Where my insurance failed to help, Al’s Towing came to the rescue. After sitting out in the cold with a dead car for almost 3 hours along the side of a dark road with no help in sight, I looked up local towing companies. After being met with a few harsh rejections I stumbled on Al’s. After calling and explaining my situation I only had about a 20 minute wait and was towed back home. I was greeted with concern and genuine friendliness. Once time come to pay I was surprised that there were no hidden fees and the price was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. Payment was quick and easy and I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I cannot express my gratitude enough and will definitely be recommending Al’s Towing to any and everyone in need of a reliable and caring towing

While traveling from Wisconsin to Washington State to see grandkids during a very cold snap (-16 f) our truck decided not to start at a Scottsbluff Motel. Todd was very quick to assist us and get our truck to the local dealership where we could get it inside after hours on a Saturday. We were treated like royalty and were able to get back on the road in much less time than we anticipated. Highly recommend Todd and Al’s Towing. The best.

My son's car went off the road on a steep hill during a snow storm. Todd came quickly and pulled his car back onto the road with his winch. He has rescued us many times and is always fast and friendly. We have never had a bad experience with Al's.
