Being new to the area I was in search of the best shop I could find to work on my lifted 2021 RAM. I do a fair amount of work on the truck myself because I am picky about who I let work on it😂🤣I needed new exhaust manifolds installed, new front brakes and brake system flush, new spark plugs/coil boots and axle/transfer case service with Amzoil. Kayla Weideman was my point of contact through the whole process and she did an amazing job of keeping me updated through both text and email. Their pricing was in line with what you would expect from a shop that is dedicated to both their customers and their employees. Panhandle Diesel and Automotive in Scottsbluff is a classy, competent, first rate shop to get your truck fixed. They were honest, told me what they were going to do, completed it when they said they would, at a very competitive rate. They even got me a birthday cake when they noticed that my truck broke down on my birthday! Great people who know what they’re doing - highly recommend - would give them 6 stars if I could!

My jeep was having an issue with the steering, I had as having a heck of a time finding a place that could get me in before thanksgiving which was 3-4 weeks out and get it fixed before I was moving. Not only did they get me in the next day, they offered to send a tow truck, I couldn’t drop off with my son, as well as made sure my warranty would cover as much as we could get. Jeremy was amazing, so friendly understanding of the situation and everything got fixed. If I was staying in town this would be my new mechanic I highly recommend! Thank you to the team to get me on the road without worry of anything happening while towing our trailer.

Jeremy and his team have an excellent setup. The shop/office is clean and orderly, friendly staff, and covered parking! They’re not cheap, but you are certainly not paying for a shade-tree mechanic and you get what you pay for. My wife’s car was returned with a full tank of fuel and Jeremy didn’t even know. His team just does the right thing, treats people right and it shows. We will bring Jeremy and his crew our business from now on. Paying for a vehicle repair is never fun, but it stings less when you know you’re paying for quality work by quality people. 11/10

Kayla and the mechanics at Panhandle Desiel have gone above and beyond for me and my vehicle. Due to some other business and their mistake I was stuck until they got my rear differential fixed. They have been so patient working with insurance companies for the past month and staying in contact the whole time. I cannot say enough good things I highly recommend them!!
