Excellent experience from start to finish I had a great experience at this tire shop when I purchased and installed my Continental ExtremeContact DW tires. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The install was done professionally and on time, and everything was balanced and mounted perfectly no vibrations, no issues. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right. Pricing was fair and transparent, and the overall customer service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a shop that knows what they’re doing and treats customers with respect, I’d definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back for future tire and alignment needs.

I got 2 new tires in February. Went perfectly smooth. I ordered 2 more last week. I left my car there for the install and received a call from Alvarez that my tires weren't totally warn yet and he would feel right putting the new ones on since I had plenty more tread. Very ethical and honest! They will always have my business.

Alvarez Tire put new tires on my truck and I couldn't be happier! Andrew at Alvarez gave me the specific tires I wanted for $256 less than Discount Tire. The tires showed up when Andrew said they would and I didn't have to wait three hours to get them installed. I pulled into the shop, they checked me in and got to work. It only took a little while, rather than hours, and I was back on the road. My new tires were balanced correctly, inflated properly, and better than I had hoped. I'm giving Alvarez Tire & Andrew 5 STARS because Goggle doesn't let me give 10. I would recommend Alvarez Tire to all my friends and family. Great job Guys, I can't thank you enough.

Bought 2 tires online went in today to have them installed. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The whole thing took less than 40 minutes. It’s raining today and the tires are performing well so far. The only thing “negative” is that it was $101 of labor to install 2 tires on a sedan which seemed steep. Overall great experience and I will most likely come back for tires on another vehicle.
