Blowing Diesel Designs

I have had their standard height 05+ axle swap on my 1996 F250 for about 4 months now and I am impressed. These parts are well built and designed to take a beating. The instructions leave a little to be desired but everything is made to use existing holes so its not hard to figure out. Using 2008 F250 axles and stock springs the truck sits high enough to clear 35s but the back end is a little low. Joel and his staff were also very helpful when placing the order and answering any questions.

Wonderful kit with a list of tools likely needed. High quality craftsmanship, and great hardware. Looks like the steel components will last a lifetime. Instructions were pretty good. Only two suggestions would be a link to your videos, and explain how to center the axle for the track bar. I used a ratchet strap to get the right shim. Can be done with two guys in a weekend.

I bought the 2017-2022 Super Duty HD Bumper Conversion Brackets (for tow hooks), for my 1995 Bronco. I called and spoke with one of the fellas at Blowing Deisel Designs because my Bronco was listed as compatible in the description but not in the listed compatible vehicles. I was told it was not supposed to be in the description either and that they would update that part. The reason it wasn't completely compatible was because of the crinkle zone on the front of the Bronco was causing some of side frame mounting issues with the tow hooks version I had bought. I decided to try it anyways and it installed without any issues at all. The tow-hook bumper bracket works just fine and with no issues. The brackets are seriously beefy and I appreciated the time genuinely talking to me on the phone

Don’t believe any of the negative reviews. Most issues are consumer error. Joel and his team are great and parts and quality of everything was on point. Ordered a complete +05 axle swap kit and ZF5 crossmember and everything fit and mounted perfectly.
