Always RV

We were looking for a travel trailer that was with in our budget. So we headed down to the valley (Phoenix metro) with no intentions of stopping by Always RV. We left the first site we had on our list of places to hit, and the better half said "Let's stop by that one on the left." That one happened to be Always RV. We stopped in and looked through their selection. The third one we looked at, we knew right then and there it was the one we wanted. This thing was only 4 years old, clean... I mean clean, other than the screw hole marks where the tv mount had been mounted, you couldn't tell that it wasn't new. Its a 2021 Crossroads Zinger. We had brake and tire issues on our 5th wheel coming from MI to AZ. Darwin came to our site in AZ and was phenomenal! Professional, courteous and above all a fantastic tech! I highly recommend Always RV and certainly Darwin.

I just wanted to leave a review for the service department. Chip was awesome to work with! When my trailer got damaged, he handled everything with the insurance company. He was wonderful with his communication and patience with dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Always RV!

Wow!! Kudos to Always RV. Hands down best RV dealer in the valley. From the start a no hassle environment. Was able to find a great used trailer and the buying process went smoothly and quickly! Patty was great at helping out completing the sale of the trailer while Dave was an outstanding service/sales guru. Had the service team complete a small task in a very timely manner. A no fee walk around when I picked up trailer, the service crew explained every function of the trailer, from the small detail to the larger ones. All were very knowledgeable. While looking at a few other larger camping RV store none of them showed the dedication and respect for their customers! Take the time to visit Always RV you won’t be disappointed! Always RV is the place to go if you are looking to purchase any RV. Don't bother going anywhere else. We had such an amazing experience with the entire staff. To say the service is exceptional is an understatement. Patty went above and beyond to help us while we were there. One of the kindest and sweetest soul you will ever meet. Meeting her is a blessing.
