Once upon a time I trusted this mechanic and so did my whole family and then I trusted him with a bigger job and his work almost got me into a life-threatening accident. He has one mechanic now my axle was not reconnected. Bolt were put on the wrong place. There was a leak and I nearly died. He threatened me with an attorney and didn’t refund any of my money. Sad to say because at one point this mechanic was actually really good Too bad they got lazy and do not care about people safety.

Took my car here to get an oil change and my brakes looked at. They replaced all brake pads and rotors. My brakes started screeching again a few months later. Took my car to another mechanic who said the rotors were never changed and I should take it back to this mechanic because it was under warranty.

Had a list of 10 or so (mostly preventative) maintenance items done for a roadtrip. 2 vital points were done blatantly incorrect. Cost me a few thousand in hotels, delays and fixes on the road. (Spark plug wire left on engine un-isolated burnt up.) And.... a month or 2 later as I do my own mechanical work. I continue to discover things I paid for that weren't done. Don't know if anything was actually done! 🤣

Excellent and fast service! Just got a used Lexus and took it in to the folks at Amberger to change the rubber oil cooler lines to metal and an oil change. They did a fantastic job for a super reasonable price. Will definitely be making this my regular mechanic!
