We slid off of a customers driveway, into a very deep ditch, due to ice and the pitch of the drive, made a few calls and ended up picking Ameri-Tow to do the job. They were the only ones to even mention bringing out a bobcat with tracks and a winch (which they 100% were going to need). They also showed up AND got the van out of the ravine before the other company even estimated their arrival. While the price was higher than I wanted it to be, it was more than fair for the equipment and the manpower needed to get me back up and running.

Ameri-Tow called on my company for drain and plumbing services. I am very thankful they did because we needed a trusted service for our plumbing vans and equipment. Twice now we have been very impressed with the quality, and professionalism Dave and his team have shown replacing king pins on our Isuzu box truck and most recently installing a heavy duty trailer hitch for a van. These guys are competent, and responsive. They got us back on the road fast. I plan to use Ameri-tow for all my repairs!! Bob McHugh McHugh Plumbing Inc

David’s service was wonderful! He was expedient, polite, and professional. If I ever need another vehicle towed, I know who I will be calling! He arrived under 30 minutes and had it loaded on the flatbed in about 2-3 minutes!

Had car towed. Company left it at the VERY ENDof the parking lot with a broken rear control arm. Can CANNOT BE DRIVEN ON THIS. Owner than tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $125 to move it. Also was very rude before even telling me the extra charge. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of tow companies that will treat you with decency

81 years old man had a broken down car on a cold January day…this dude David did a “NO SHOW.” after promising the elderly veteran he would be there by 9:00AM to tow his 2012 VW GOLF. Sad part is…the old veteran started shoveling snow at 6:00am to make sure that the tow man David had a clear pathway to work. Only to get STIFFED by the “NO SHOW.” His rating should be “0” and he should find a new job that doesn’t require helping people. Do NOT recommend this company… it’s a FAILURE!
