frank did a awesome job taking care of my car he went above and beyond my expectations!!!!! If you need a car fixed or someone hit you go see him he’ll take care of you. Five stars thank you. Frank and all the people that work there for taking care of my car. they fixed my car twice already and done. Awesome job. The guys at Preston Collision are wonderful they tried hard to save my car after I was rear-ended but the insurance company ended up totaling it but every time I stopped in to check on things they explained everything to me walked me over to my car showed me everything I have known a couple people that have had their cars fixed by Preston collision and they were extremely happy the guys are absolutely wonderful

I cannot say enough positive things about the Collision Center team at Preston KIA! They were so kind and patient, kept us updated every step of the way, and did a fantastic job repairing my car. They were also incredibly thorough in making sure everything was replaced with the highest quality of parts despite what our insurance initially recommended because the car was still very new.

Excellent work and I truly appreciate each technician. Charles knowledge in what needed to happen on my vehicle was not only insightful, non aggressive and caring. I will refer this center to anyone I know that needs work done on their vehicle
