NEVER again. AMERICA LUBE CENTER Ironton, OH I got an oil change yesterday. I've been going to this place for years and have never had any issues. It's always the same guy that does it and he's always been great. He wasn't there yesterday and I didn't recognize any of the staff, but I needed it done. On my way home yesterday afternoon I started hearing "whoosing" noises coming from underneath my car and then something was dragging underneath. As soon as I could safely pull over I did, and confirmed they had failed to clip/screw the under plate. Of course I called, but they were closed for rhe day. They didn't answer their phone this morning so my husband drove there. Long story short, they acknowledge a mistake but would only offer a free oil change voucher....as if I'd ever go back. M

They are cheaper then the dealer the best place in town to get oil change in vehicle.

This was a nice place to get your oil changed a few years ago. The guys who work in there now are rude and unpleasant, and they have a very limited selection of oil that they keep in stock. They don’t care any high mileage oil, nor do they stock any of the 0w fluids that most newer trucks take. Don’t waste your time and money going here, there are plenty of other nearby options with friendlier service and a much wider selection.
