Incredible. Let me say i do almost everything on the Jeep myself and don’t trust anyone to touch it, but with this i didn’t have a choice, the vehicle was dead and too complicated for me. We had what you might call a freak accident with our electrical system where the wiring harness shorted out and started an electrical fire. They took the job on with confidence and professionalism. We have a 93 Jeep Wrangler so the electrical system is relatively simple compared to modern cars but certain replacement parts can be hard to find. They couldn’t find a new wiring harness (and neither could I after hours of research and I know what I’m looking for) so they had to do the tedious and time consuming job of replacing each wire individually, ensuring all the connections were correct and up to code

I had a very positive experience. There were a bumps in road trying to get a good part, but from start to finish they stayed problem solving until car was fixed. Outstanding service. I dealt with Sean mostly, but twice with owner. Both were fabulous and I felt they delivered excellent customer service and the truck is running like a top. I would not hesitate to recommend. I feel like I finally found a good mechanic.

I brought my car in for wheel stud replacement because I was quoted a lower price than other shops, which seemed promising, though still on the expensive side. Unfortunately, the quality of work and transparency did not match the cost. They quoted (and charged) me extra for "necessary" hub removal to perform the wheel stud replacement, but based on the bent dust shield (see attached photo) left scraping against the rotor, I doubt they actually removed the hub. The car made a loud screeching noise as soon as I started driving, which they could have easily caught with a test drive. It seems they didn’t bother to test the car at all. This cost me 1.5 hours bending back the dust shield myself in an unfamiliar area as a female, which was very upsetting considering I sought these services to sa

I highly recommend this shop. The mechanic did a great job in a timely fashion. My final bill was exactly what they quoted me. Honest, fair, and quality work!
