I came to this garage in need of what I thought was upper and lower ball joints plus control arms. Being a single mother with no extended family to help us. It’s hard to afford much in this day and age. They worked with me on an affordable price and care about helping us. I agreed with the cost and dropped off my truck there. While it was there they took apart the front end and found that I didn’t need all that work on her (my truck) and told me that it would save on the cost.🥳 The mechanic that worked on my truck was amazing and the lovely lady in the office was absolutely awesome!!! They communicated and kept me updated with everything . I drove off and not a single bang in my front end!!!! I started crying in happiness.!!! I know it sounds silly or maybe stupid but this truck is my leg

Everyone hear is an absolute dream to even work with but i have to give extra props to the two ladies at the office Candy and Brandy have been nothing but absolutely wonderful to me, I’ve dealt with the most unexpected, most devastating situation ever with my car from a previous “mechanic” (not by them at all, i took my car here to fix said problem but unfortunately it was to late) and they did everything possible to accommodate me. Communication is 1000% there I feel as if i’ve been coming to them for years and this week has been my first ever interaction with them and they’ve definitely topped it and messed it up for everyone else! I definitely do recommend this place their workers are amazing their work is amazing they are very well detailed and try to get you in and out as soon as poss

American Auto Repair is simply the best! 🚗 The service was outstanding, and they really know their stuff. My car runs like new now! ✨ Highly recommend them for any auto needs. The team is friendly and efficient. 👍 Definitely coming back! 😊

Just had the most wonderful experience with this facility. My tire blew out while traveling on vacation. Called American Auto repair and spoke with Brandi who was kind and was able to quickly research the needed tire and have it delivered by the next morning. They accepted the tow, ordered the tire, and allowed the vehicle to stay at their shop for two days while we were on vacation. A huge thank you to Brandi and Richard (the technician) who helped us in a stressful time and provided quick and low costs services. Would recommend!

Awesome place! Reasonable prices, great service, and an ethical buisness! Type of place I would send my wife and not worry about her being taken advantage of. No blinker fluid or $100 premium air sold here, just quality honest work at a fair price. 100% my place to go for car and truck repairs in lakeland.
