BEWARE!! This guy seems like a gentleman until he makes a mistake and isn't honest enough to take accountability. I thought I had found my new go to spot for service. That was until I got my truck back from a rear brake job and realized the cap for my aftermarket rims was missing. Two years of driving and never had issues. The day after I get my truck back it is now missing and the bezel it sits in is now broken. He even knew exactly what I was talking about when I called. HE says it was "loose" when I brought it in and he "snapped it" back in. Things that Snap in are either on or they are off. There is no "loose". I’m a single mom of a 2 year old and needed brakes on my car unfortunately we brought the car here to get fixed and when I got it back the brakes did not work at all. I almost got in 2 accidents on the way back because when I hit the brake the pedal went to the floor without stopping. The mechanic came and got the car and said they fixed it a second time. The brakes went out again a 3rd time while I was driving with my toddler and the brake light came on and the car now shows it needs brake fluid so I called another mechanic and they said this should definitely not be happening since we just had the brakes replaced and said to take it back and he should fix it for free since something wasn’t done correctly. We went up there and he said it is our problem now that he didn’t touch the hoses

Great repair shop in downtown Plymouth. John is honest and reasonable with his repair estimates. Just had entire brake system replaced and the service costed close to 1/3 of the estimate received from the dealership. John helped with ordering the parts online and installed the brakes & rotors right away. Definitely our go to place for all auto services.

The most honest mechanic you're ever going to find. He does not try to sell you parts you don't need and will even try to talk you out of spending money you don't need to spend. He's a one man operation at the moment so there is most likely going to be a week or two wait for an appointment but it you can wait that long, he's the guy you want to deal with.
